About the Winter Paradise Retreat Event
This Winter Paradise Retreat takes place at a beautiful villa in Ibiza from 6 to 13 February 2026. Throughout the entire week, our team from Talks & Dishes will be on-site—organizing and serving all food and beverages so you can fully immerse yourself in the retreat experience.

From mindful breakfasts to festive shared dinners, every detail of your culinary journey is crafted with care, creating an atmosphere that nurtures, energizes, and helps guests unwind.

Whether it’s a quiet breakfast, a hands-on cooking class, or a candlelit community dinner, our food supports your journey: to de-stress, harmonize, and find balance.

A Soulful Ibiza Harvest Dinner Starting on Friday 6 February 
A warm welcome to the island—an evening that gathers everyone around the harvest of Ibiza. Sun-touched vegetables, local olive oil, garden herbs, and rustic bread set the tone for the week.
– Welcome snack: warming pumpkin soup or banana bread
– Dinner: pumpkin soup, artichoke crème, sage-pumpkin lasagna, raw fennel & orange salad, mixed greens, herbed butter & olive oil with fresh bread
– After dinner: herbal tea infusion

Saturday, 7 February – Warming Plant-Based Mediterranean Table
Comforting spices and slow-cooked flavors create a cozy, grounding day.
– Breakfast: red fruit smoothies + buffet
– Dinner (shared tapas): marinated olives, bean soup,patatas bravas, spinach-cheese & tuna-meat empanadas, garlic green beans
– After dinner: herbal tea infusion

Sunday, 8 February – Grounding & Spicy Flavors 
Asian-inspired warmth with curries, fragrant herbs, and vibrant heat to awaken the senses.
– Breakfast: overnight oats with cinnamon & apple + buffet
– Dinner (earth & fire buffet): Tom Ka Kai, yellow curry, steamed rice, Indonesian spicy eggs, sweet-sour cucumber salad, sesame cabbage
– Fish options: shrimp curry or white fish with lime leaves
– After dinner: herbal tea infusions

Monday, 9 February – Colorful Sharing Dishes 
A joyful midweek mezze table blending Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors.
– Breakfast: green power smoothies + buffet
– Dinner: hummus varieties, pita, tzatziki, tabbouleh, roasted eggplant, curried chickpeas, lemon-oregano chicken  or spiced meatballs
– After dinner: herbal tea infusions

Tuesday, 10 February – Connection Through Cooking Together
A hands-on pasta-making class followed by a shared feast.
– Breakfast: chia pudding with yogurt, nuts, and fruit + buffet
– Cooking class (17:00–18:00): make ravioli (ricotta-spinach) and cavatelli
– Dinner: bruschette trio, marinated olives, homemade pastas with seasonal sauces, romaine salad, roasted fennel, rustic bread
– After dinner: tiramisu

Wednesday, 11 February – Light & Ceremonial 
A day of reflection. Meals are clean, intentional, and purifying.
– Breakfast: green smoothie bowls
– Dinner: leek-potato-herb soup, zucchini-asparagus risotto, roasted leeks, sautéed greens
– After dinner: herbal tea infusion

Thursday, 12 February – Festive Community Dinner
A celebration of abundance and connection.
– Breakfast: fresh fruit, yogurt, nuts, seeds + buffet
– Post-ceremony dinner: grounding vegetable soup, rustic bread with dips
– Sweet snacks: banana bread, fruit-nut-date platter

Friday, 13 February – Closing Celebration Brunch 
A heart-warming farewell Paradise Retreat gathering.
– Breakfast celebration table: artisan breads, cheeses, seasonal fruit, yogurt, nuts, jams, and herbal teas

All meals are prepared on-site using seasonal, local, and predominantly plant-forward ingredients. Dietary needs are warmly accommodated.
